From Our Family to Your Table
Long before Xin Chao opened its doors in Bakewell, our family was cooking — for each other, for friends, for anyone who pulled up a chair. Forty years of recipes, habits and flavours travelled with us from Vietnam to the Top End, and today they’re on every plate we serve in Palmerston.
